Where We Ship

LIEVE currently ships within Canada only. We're working on opening up to the United States — join our mailing list and we'll let you know the moment we do.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $40 CAD or more
• Orders under $40: a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your order
• Express shipping is available at checkout for orders that need to arrive faster

Delivery Times

• Standard: 3–9 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at cost.
