Regular body exfoliation with a natural scrub is one of the simplest ways to improve the look of skin texture, help reduce the appearance of ingrown hairs, and reveal smoother, healthier-looking skin. Your skin naturally renews itself every 28–30 days, but dead cells don’t always shed evenly — leading to dullness, congestion, rough patches, and uneven tone that no moisturizer can fix alone.
A well-formulated body scrub removes this barrier, allowing your serums, oils and body butters to absorb deeply — not sit on the surface. The result: softer skin, improved tone, and a radiance that looks genuinely healthy.

Walnut Geranium suits normal to combination skin and is our most versatile formula. Charcoal is ideal for oily or congested skin. Vanilla Citrus is a great match for dry or dull skin that needs a glow boost. Jasmine works beautifully on all skin types, especially if you prefer a lighter, floral scent. Every LIEVE scrub contains rice bran and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, so all four deliver the same nourishing base.
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 is a clinically studied peptide that supports the skin’s natural collagen production. Most scrubs stop at exfoliation, but we include it so your skin gets active nourishment during every scrub session.
Each 210g jar typically lasts 4–6 weeks when used 2–3 times per week. A little goes a long way — you only need about a tablespoon per session. Store in a cool, dry place and shake your hands off before scooping so water stays out of the jar.
No sulfates, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil or synthetic fragrance. The nourishing and active ingredients are naturally derived — cold-pressed oils, botanical extracts and rice bran. Like any water-based formula, ours also contains a small amount of preservative and emulsifiers so it stays safe and stable. Keep the jar somewhere dry rather than in the shower, and shake your hands off before scooping so water stays out. Every ingredient is listed in full on each product page.
We recommend consulting your dermatologist before using any physical exfoliant on active eczema or psoriasis patches. On unaffected areas, our scrubs are generally well tolerated. If you have concerns, try a small patch test on your inner arm first and wait 24 hours.
Walnut Geranium has a warm, earthy-floral scent. Charcoal is lightly herbal and clean. Vanilla Citrus is sweet and uplifting with bright citrus notes. Jasmine is soft, floral, and calming. All scents come from natural fragrance and essential oils, never synthetic fragrance.
Once opened, we recommend using your scrub within 12 months — look for the 12M period-after-opening symbol on the jar. Keep the lid tightly closed, store away from direct sunlight, and avoid getting water into the jar to maintain freshness.
