A finely milled natural exfoliant — buffs skin smooth without micro-tears or microbeads.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5
A clinically studied peptide that supports the skin’s natural collagen production.
Dry skin first.
On dry skin, before the water goes on. Scoop a generous amount into wet palms and massage in slow circles, starting at your feet and working up. Rinse warm and pat dry.
The rice bran and sweet almond oils stay behind instead of stripping, so most people step out and don't reach for anything else. If your skin is very dry, still put something on while you're damp.
Use 2–3 times a week. If you are new to exfoliation, start with once a week and build up.

Not if you use it gently. The shell is milled fine and suspended in oils — rice bran, sweet almond, shea and jojoba — so the grains are cushioned rather than dragged across bare skin, and most people do not get that tight feeling afterwards. What matters more than the grain is pressure and frequency: thirty seconds per area with light pressure, two or three times a week, then a lukewarm rinse. Pressing harder does not take off more. Leave it alone on broken skin or sunburn and on an active flare of eczema or psoriasis, go carefully alongside retinoids or benzoyl peroxide, and patch test first — our scrubs contain tree nut ingredients.
Geranium essential oil is well tolerated by most skin types, including combination and oily skin. It is used here at a low concentration for scent. Patch test first if you have reactive skin.
Fresh, green and floral — like walking through a botanical garden. Geranium has a rosy-herbaceous quality that is clean and grounding. The most earthy scent in the LIEVE range.
Possibly, though we can’t promise it. Gentle exfoliation is one part of managing rough, bumpy skin — but KP responds differently for everyone, and physical scrubs don’t suit every case. Start with once a week, keep the area moisturized, and see a dermatologist for persistent KP.
